I agree with Dave Johnson - this is a very smooth coffee with a great finish. We use a Vibiemme and a separate frother. We grind with a mini Mazzer.

I find this to be a really smooth coffee, with an almost dark chocolate aftertaste. There is a good bodied crema which allows me to do a bit of Latte Art :) I use a Delonghi automatic coffee machine to brew the espresso and I froth my own milk.
